Vacancy opens for Customer Services Agent at the Taoyuan International Airport
• You will initially undergo a 3-month pre-job training program in Taiwan that will equip you to perform customer servicing in the airport. Thereafter, you will be assigned to work at the Tao Yuan International Airport, responsible for day-to-day planning and running of airport operations, including check-in, departure checks, baggage handling, managing customer queries, and liaising with various operations units on uplift of passengers and flight operations. You will need to perform independently and work at the airport on shifts.
• You should also be prepared to be job rotated, as may be required by the Company, to various departments in the Taipei Office, such as Sales, Marketing & Corporate Communications, Admin or Accounts departments which is at the sole discretion of the Company and subject to your performance and vacancies available.
Qualifications
• A recognized University Degree;
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, including excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese and ability to deal with people in a courteous, patient, and professional manner;
• Cheerful personality and willingness to serve;
• “A positive 'can do' attitude and a willingness to grasp opportunities”; respond positively to change and the challenges
• Be able and willing to work independently.
